How K&K Joinery uses the details you give us.

Who is responsible
K&K Joinery Timber Merchants, Unit 6, Holme-on-Spalding-Moor Industrial Estate, YO43 4BB, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: kkjoinerysheds@gmail.com, 07436 185870.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode or delivery address when you place an order or ask for a quote.
- If you buy for a company, its name, registration number and VAT number, so we can make out the invoice.
- The details of your request, and any photos or drawings you send us.
- Basic, anonymous information about how the website is used.
Why we use it
To prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, arrange fitting and contact you about your order (performance of a contract), and to keep records we must keep for tax purposes (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to complete your order: SiteLab, who host and maintain this website and send our emails; Stripe, who process card payments (we never see your full card details); and carriers when we deliver.
When you use the delivery checker, your browser sends the postcode you type to postcodes.io, a free UK postcode service, to work out how far it is from our yard. Nothing else is sent with it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests for up to 2 years; order records for 6 years, as required for accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
