How to cancel or return an order, and when made-to-order items are different.

Stock timber and materials
If you ordered stock items through this website you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. Tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email, then return the items unused and in the condition you received them within a further 14 days, or arrange collection with us. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the items back. You pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty.
Made-to-order items
Garden buildings, saunas, gates, panels and anything made to your measurements or specification are made especially for you, so they cannot be cancelled or returned once we have started work, unless they are faulty or not as agreed.
Faulty or damaged goods
Please check your order on delivery and tell us about any damage or fault as soon as you can. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
